Service Fees & Payments

Yetu Tertiary Link (YTL) does not charge nor accept any payments related to the applicants tertiary application including the tuition fees or any amount required to be paid by the applicant to the University. All required payments will be paid by the applicant directly into the University's account as stated in their Conditional Acceptance Letter (CAL) or Unconditional Acceptance Letter (UAL). It is therefore the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that they have the proof of payments as Yetu Tertiary Link (YTL) does not have access nor have information relating to the transactions performed by the applicants.

Refunds

As stated in the university’s Rules and Regulations, refunds of deposits and/or advanced payments of tuition fees or package program payments will be made only in the event of a refusal of visa application, unless the documents submitted to the Embassy were not verifiable. Students will need to provide evidence of visa refusal and confirmation letter from the Embassy. Refunds will not be made for any other reasons. For more information on refunds, please refer to the rules & regulations contract of the university applied to. Yetu Tertiary Link (YTL) is therefore not responsible for any refund processing.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Our application services ends the day the applicant registers for their semester. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

You are responsible to ensure that you may not share or use any content on this website with the intent to harm others including Yetu Tertiary Link or without permission.
